What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with current consumer legislation. For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, in essentially unchanged condition, and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened, used, filled with liquid, or otherwise put into service, other than to examine the product's properties and function to the extent permitted by law.
If your product is damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will then replace the product or offer a refund in accordance with current consumer law.
When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further details. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping within Sweden:
We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Your order will be sent with PostNord and is normally delivered within 3-7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
International Shipping:
We ship to several countries within and outside Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address and destination. Any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes that may apply in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the provided email address.
Cleaning & Care
How do I clean my bottle?
For best durability, we recommend cleaning the bottle by hand and not placing it in the dishwasher. This is not because the bottle itself cannot withstand dishwashing, but because certain features and accessories, such as phone holders, key holders, and other integrated accessories, may be affected and deteriorate over time with frequent machine washing.
We therefore recommend cleaning the inside of the bottle with warm water and mild detergent and rinsing thoroughly after use. Regular hand washing helps preserve both the bottle's function and its accessories for a longer period.
